The hotel issuper clean and cozy. The breakfast spread impressed me with plenty of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. Daily room cleaning kept everything neat. Easy parking was available, right next to the hotel, which I appreciate. The staff, while friendly, sometimes lacked the numbers needed during peak times, which affected service speed. I noticed the dinner options were limited and not always served hot enough. Entertainment in the evenings was underwhelming. A single musician couldn't meet festive expectations. More activities or entertainment during the busy holiday season would enhance the experience. I enjoyed my stay but felt improvements are needed in dining and entertainment.

The room is well furnished and brand-new and there are spectacular views of the mountains. The location is fantastic, the check in is simple. And it's near bars and restaurants.

The room was cramped. Water temperature inconsistencies resulted in lukewarm showers, especially at peak times. The pool area was unkempt, with weeds disrupting the brick flooring and dirty loungers. The staff were friendly and made our celebration special, surprising us with rose petals and a cake for our anniversary. The outdoor pool area was beautifully designed, surrounded by sculptures and plants. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide array of delicious options including a good tiramisu!

Chillin' in Riva del Garda 🌊🌄
The breakfast spread was solid, got to whip up my own smoothie and even popped some prosecco in the mix! Lekker comfy room and the staff were friendly as anything. Plus, there's bike storage for those cycling around the lake. Perfect!
The dining area was a bit cramped, was like a squeeze at times.
